This year marks the 10th year since the currency crisis hit Asian economies. Since the severe disruption, the economies have charted a strong recovery. The symposium aimed to recognize the economic dynamism of the region through speeches from prominent Asian central bank governors and the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund. They discussed the challenges that will face Asian economies and financial markets as well as the potential for further cooperation in the region.
